In this third lesson on Evaluating Astromagical Elections – Aspects of the Moon, we delineate what we are calling the Picatrix Aspect Doctrine. This perspective for evaluating aspects of the Moon reverses a key point of the logic of the General Aspect Doctrine, and so we motivate it using textual evidence from the Picatrix as well as relational analogies. An initial contrast of the Picatrix and General Aspect Doctrines is delineated as a precursor to the next lesson.
