Our items do not come with any warranty, guarantee of effectiveness, or guarantee of safety. As outlined on our guarantees page, we do attest to certain standards of method and craftsmanship, and stand by our fidelity to the tradition of astrological magic in which we practice. That said, by law, we do not make any claims as to the certain effectiveness of our products, and consider them sold for aesthetic and entertainment purposes only.

Product Appearance and Variability

The handmade goods sold by Idola Stellarum are subject to variations in the natural materials (gemstones in particular will vary in cut, clarity, and general appearance) and craftsmanship. No returns or exchanges will be provided on the basis of any aesthetic complaint except in the rare instances in which an item is destroyed or damaged beyond repair in the shipping process.

Shipping

Idola Stellarum products are shipped via USPS mail, and a tracking number for your shipment will be provided upon order processing. No refunds or replacements will be provided for packages marked in the tracking service as delivered.

Gifting & Reselling

You are welcome to purchase Idola Stellarum products as gifts for others. You agree to notify the recipient of any Idola Stellarum product of these terms and conditions, and all recipients of Idola Stellarum products will be bound by this agreement.

Idola Stellarum products have no resale value. You agree not to repackage, relabel, or resell Idola Stellarum products, and you agree not to represent any Idola Stellarum information, content, products, or services as your own. If legal action must be taken to enforce this agreement, you agree to pay all of Idola Stellarum’s legal fees and court costs, anything earned due to your violation of this agreement, plus any damages ruled by the court.

Customer Remedies

With the exception of indemnification obligations, Idola Stellarum’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall not exceed the price paid for the product and/or services you have acquired. We will provide returns and exchanges only in the event that we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product.
