Shipping Policy & Procedures
At the moment, we offer only United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping services using either Priority or First Class. We do not offer rush/expedited shipping because we do not have the lives or infrastructure to support it, as a small family-owned business. We aim to have packages shipped within a week from their order.
Be aware that USPS can take longer for international than other companies, but is more affordable for both sender and receiver (because tariffs/taxes on the receiver’s end which we have no control/responsibility over). If you are set on getting your talisman sooner (and at a higher cost), you are welcome to have us ship to a domestic friend and have them ship it to you with the company of your choice. Please be clear in the notes so we can prepare your package accordingly.
No refunds or replacements will be provided for packages marked in the tracking service as delivered (as in our Terms & Conditions).

We endeavor to use eco-friendly (e.g., recycled, recyclable) packaging materials whenever possible.
